Walk through: Ewan Khuzam, villa A2
Real output from our render pipeline. Drag to look around, use the buttons to change viewpoint.
Challenge
Buyers of the Ewan Khuzam villa development in Saudi Arabia had to be shown houses that were not built yet: every floor of every type, and the whole site with current availability. The client was Arqsix.
Solution
The tours come out of our own render pipeline. A section plan is rendered from the 3ds Max scene, camera points are placed on it, Corona spherical cameras render the 360° panoramas, and the system assembles the web tour with floor tabs, a minimap and stairwell navigation between floors.
The masterplan viewer shows the site from the air in 36 frames at morning, noon and afternoon. Villas are coloured as available, reserved or sold, and the viewer plugs into any property site with a single JavaScript call.

| Villa types | A1 Al Widd · A2 Al Wasel · B Al Teeb · C Al Misk · D Al Fai |
|---|---|
| Tour | three.js / WebGL, 3 floors per type, stairwell floor changes |
| Masterplan | 36 frames × 3 times of day, available / reserved / sold, type and price per villa |
| Integration | Static hosting, embeddable, JavaScript API for availability |
Result
Tours for all five types (A1, A2, B, C, D) are done, three floors each. Type A2 alone has 47 panoramas. Tuning the render settings cut the render time of one panorama from 5.7 to 2.8 hours.
