Web application development: fast, secure systems in the browser
We build web systems that run business processes: quotes, approvals, document handling, real-time communication. They work on every device without installation, and the server side is written in Rust, so it is fast and runs on modest hardware.
What kind of web applications?
A web application is good when its users do not think about it – they just get their work done. That takes understanding the process, not only the screens.
- client portals: sign-in, roles, file versions, comments, email notifications,
- internal systems and admin interfaces for your staff,
- configurators and quote tools with rule-based choices and personalised PDF quotes,
- products of your own, such as a credit-based platform with AI features,
- real-time applications over WebSocket: chat, live status updates,
- replacing outdated websites while keeping existing URLs and content.
Fast to load, light on servers
The server side runs in Rust on the Actix Web framework. Pages are rendered on the server, so the browser receives finished content straight away: fast for users, easy to read for search engines.
A Rust server handles the same traffic with a fraction of the memory other technologies need. That means lower hosting costs, year after year.
Secure by default
There is no plugin-built foundation that can be broken into through an outdated add-on. Permissions are checked by the server on every request, and security headers and content security rules are defaults, not afterthoughts.
Installable, with notifications
If needed, the web application also works as an installable app (PWA), with its own icon and push notifications. Often that is enough to avoid building a separate mobile app – and if one is needed, it uses the same server.

What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website mainly informs; in a web application people work: they sign in, enter data, approve, handle files. We build the latter – and the website that goes with it, if you need one.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The interface works on phones and tablets, and as an installable web app it can send push notifications. If you need a native mobile app, we build it on the same server.
Where will the application run?
On your own server or on a rented server we recommend. Rust applications need few resources, so expensive infrastructure is rarely necessary.
Can you replace an existing system?
Yes. We migrate the existing data, redirect old URLs and schedule the switch so work does not stop in the meantime.
